Some Shift Theory products may be produced or prepared after an order is placed rather than held continuously as ready inventory.

3. SIZING

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size chart and garment measurements before placing an order.

Fit preferences vary between individuals, and a customer's usual size with another clothing brand may not necessarily correspond exactly with a Shift Theory product.

Size exchanges are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and are subject to the conditions and availability stated in that policy.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products and variants are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase

  • Discontinue products or variants

  • Modify our product range

  • Restrict sales where reasonably necessary

  • Cancel an order where a product cannot be fulfilled

If we are unable to fulfil a product that you have already paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, alternative or refund as applicable.

Product prices are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices at any time.

A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges and other applicable charges, if any, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shift Theory does not control whether your bank, card issuer or payment provider approves or declines a transaction.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to eligible serviceable locations in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions and serviceability limitations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and cooperating with reasonable delivery attempts.

11. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Shift Theory may offer discount codes, bundles, promotional pricing, free shipping or other offers.
